Can some tell me the pertinent proposed revisions of 2-207. I am having trouble understanding them from the E&E. All it seems is like part of 2-207(10) is moved to 2-206. We get extra points on the test for mentioning how things would work under current and the proposed revisions so I am not sure how to apply that revsion.

Yes, the first part of 2-207 is moved to the end of 2-206. The biggest change that I see is that the revised version no longer has different rule/analysis that you need to make when the parties are merchants. Under the original 2-207, changes to the terms of the agreement made by merchants did not need to be assented to, they were automatically incorporated into the agreement, unless one of three exceptions were met. True, these exceptions were such that one of them are met in almost every situation, but it still changes the analysis since you don't have to treat merchants differently anymore.
