Re: Study method and torts EnE edition
Honestly bro,
I have pretty much the same study method going on. I have very good old outlines and I am doing all the E&E's for my classes this month. I feel like it's working pretty well so far, I hope we both do well haha.
In regards to torts E&E, I have the 4th ed. and have been made to understand it is a lot better than some of the previous editions. Specifically, it covers products liability. If your teacher did that, it might be worth checking out.

Typically, torts doesn't change much year-to-year. Most of it is long-established common law. You'll be fine with an older edition

So the only difference is that 4th edition includes products liability? Hmm...if thats the only main difference, i'll just stick with the 2nd if my teacher doesnt go over it.

The newest version of the E&E covers intentional torts such as trespass to chattel/conversion and a few that aren't covered in the previous edition(3rd?).
I originally had the previous edition but had to buy the newest edition.
