Anyone else go through mood swings in terms of feeling prepared for finals? Sometimes I'm like fuck yeah this shit is fine, other times I'm like what the fuck did I get myself in to.

*Raises hand*

Contracts - I'm like, fuck yeah, I'm the Prosser of Contracts....wait, what's this remedies shit.
Torts - Yeah, torts is cake, not even worried about it. (Takes Barbri practice multiple choice exam) FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!

Civ Pro - I've actually made peace with Civ Pro, we're fuck buddies now and it's her turn to lay face down on the pillow.

HAHHAHAHA Holly (We will have so much fun, together)

YOU ARE RULE 8(a)!
You are Rule 8, the most laid back of all the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. While your forefather in the Federal Rules may have been a stickler for details and particularity, you have clearly rebelled by being pleasant and easy-going. Rule 8 only requires that a plaintiff provide a short and plain statement of a claim on which a court can grant relief. While there is much to be lauded in your approach, your good nature sometimes gets you in trouble, and you often have to rely on your good friend, Rule 56, to bail you out.

You are popular, out-going, and are never far from friends. However, your overly gregarious nature and magnanimous approach do make things a bit crowded--you're the reason that lawsuits are often cluttered with innumerable parties and even more numberous claims for relief. Still, despite the crowds that you attract, you can't argue with the efficiency of getting everything done at once!

I'm Rule 11

I take that to mean that I'm highly controversial and hated by everyone

Wow. Polishing/condensing my contracts outline with the aid of Farnsworth on Contracts. This thing is a treasure trove of clarification, policy, and details. I highly recommend it.

Good luck! Set 3 alarms, and have your mom call you an hour before the exam begins.

I remember you trying to figure out answers to LSAT logic games as if it were yesterday. Times were much simpler then.

It's funny 'cause it's true

YOU ARE RULE 12(b)!
While you might be a defendant's best friend, you aren't exactly polite to others. You have seven separate grounds on which to dismiss a plaintiff's case. You are a bit paranoid, since if you fail to raise your 12(b)(2,3,4, or 7) in a motion or a pleading with one of the other 12(b) defenses or a 12(e) motion, you waive those objections for the rest of trial. Some might say that 12(b) is the biggest bully of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, but hey, somebody needs to keep the peace. You might not be the most popular guy in the office, but you're probably the most important
