Come take our property class. We covered like 600+ pages of textbook, our teacher (who wrote the text) felt compelled to get through as much as she could. The real downer is that most of the old outlines ended two weeks ago and she kept lecturing onwards.

My property outline started at 80 pages, then was cut to 35, then to 25, and is now 5 pages and ready for the exam in 1 week. Lets go.

Agreed. Mine is down to 60 or so currently, hoping to streamline it some more.

Good luck with that. That is my streamlined exam outline.

Im assuming your property exam is open note? Property isnt all that had (other than the future estate crap), but having to memorize it all for our closed book exam is going to be a huge pain in the ass....

Open note this semester. Closed last semester. Why? Because she is an insane, absinthe-guzzling harpy.

That was under "landlord duties - security deposits".

The above is simply a brief overview.

My property syllabus makes this list, although impressive, look like the lulz. I literally do not have the time it would take to fully type out every topic we covered this semester. Suffice it to say that just a listing of topics on my syllabus is 6 pages long. Single spaced.

No, she can't. But she can spread her demon wings and dive down from above and nip chunks of flesh off with her fangs.

The good news: I think I have RAP down fairly well.

The bad news: Yesterday I felt like I knew present estates/future interests pretty well...today, not so much.

First exam is on Tuesday. I don't feel like I'm absorbing stuff as well as I did last semester. Oy to the vey.

Obvious case of cognitive bias is obvious.

However, I am clearly not absorbing stuff as well as I did last semester.

This reminds me of the times I would tell normal people about how frustratingly loud some people wrote while I was doing my LSAT taking. Nobody understood.

Haha.

It's amazing what, after hour 9 of studying and 3 cups of coffee, sounds loud. Someone tried to chew a soft brownie in the library and it sounded like a hog feeding from a trough. I could hear every smack and gulp and snort.

+1. one of my biggest pet peeves. along with:

loud breathing
excessively loud headphones
undergrads
POUND-the-keyboard typing
sub-zero library temperatures
people mumbling to themselves

Irritable? what? no. not me.
