I'm just wondering why I'm done and many others are not, since you seem to have less classes. Did you have fall breaks or something?

Week long fall break

2 full days between each exam

4 substantive classes

7 hours until the beginning of my last exam.

After a day of practice testing, I'm now confident I can at least salvage median on my torts exam. Especially if I don't forget to include assault claims when there is battery. At least taking PTs has warned me not to be stupid.

So time to get 5-6 hours of sleep. Need to save some energy for getting hammered.

6 hours till civ pro

i still have 105 pages left in the glannon guide to finish...and a few other things. but other than that, I feel ready to kill it

not always though...remember that if the person is asleep or turned around and doesnt get the chance to be put in apprehension theres no assault

good luck!

Same here. Our reading period is just super long, considering we only have three substantive classes.

K's tomorrow and then it's all over... at least for the semester. I don't know if I'm going to be happy or sad because I really feel like my exams have been the equivalent of Washington's kicker did last week.

No fall break, no reading period (well, according the official calendar, our reading period was December 11-13), only one of three exams done.

Crim in an hour, I feel like I know nothing about this goddamn subject. Hopefully it's a pretty straight forward issue spotter like her past exams.

Just realized I missed a major issue on my torts exam that would completely change liability. Sigh, I don't mean or want to think about the tests after they happen, so it's really annoying how these things just come to me. I mean, I'm done, but I'm still so stressed about grades/the things I missed that I'm not even really happy about it.

Oh well, good luck to everyone still taking exams!!

Phew. Finally done.

I think I'm going to drive myself insane with this Torts exam, though. I pretty hit a brick wall at about 4,500~5,000 words in and I absolutely could not for the life of me think of any more viable causes of action and arguments. And it irritated me because there has to be something I missed but I just can't think of it. Missing an issue is one thing, but now it's just at the point where I'm like "I must have learned this shit wrong, because there has to be more than this".

Well, I'm done...I think I managed to salvage a decent grade in Torts, too.

Of course now that I have no more work to do, I'm flat broke and I don't get anymore loan money until mid-January. I can have my working friends buy me drinks, I guess.

Crim wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. Holy hell there were a lot of issues. My homicide answer seemed a little jumbled but otherwise I feel pretty decent. Wrote 7k words, hopefully a few were good ones.
