Anybody know of a reliable way for me to learn Attempt in a short amount of time? I was sick for both of the classes we covered it, and I'm kinda lost. Links/advice/tutoring would be fantastic.

The crim E&E does an adequate job of explaining it, if you have access to it.

I wish I did -- somebody else recommended it to me earlier today, but I don't have any way to get my grubby hands on a copy before my test.

The crim E&E is by far the most horrible, no good, very bad supplement on the planet. Not only is it confusing and horribly organized, sometimes it's just plain wrong.

Maybe look at the CALI website. I've been meaning to e-mail our reference librarian for the password. I'm probably gonna check it out for CivPro

Ooh, good call. I'll see if I can get that password tomorrow morning (and I'll let you know what it is -- you're at NYU too, right?).

Not gonna lie, my first thought was Scarlett Johnansson's boobs.

lol, my first thought was Ryan's hotttttt bod. Melt.

Oh yeah....so, about Torts. I feel pretty good about it. But, it's likely that it'll be the cause-in-fact and proximate cause of losing all my hair. Did I mention I'm going to run, not walk, to the nearest bar? Which, thankfully, is a 5 minute walk from my school. Hallelujah.

Do you guys have several days in between finals or what? Because I had 5 substantive classes plus LRW to take finals for.

I'm just wondering why I'm done and many others are not, since you seem to have less classes. Did you have fall breaks or something?

Longest study day yet - 13 hours. All because I was behind. Luckily I have tomorrow to read over some model answers, then I'll relax in the evening. Sad thing is I still have my hardest exam to prepare for after I take crim on Friday. =(
