We didn't study helicopteros. I just looked it up though.

Seems like i answered it right. The corporation had no businesses or employees in the state. The state also accounted for just 1% of their total sales each year..

I really didn't have much to say though for the other side. :oops:

So I heard from my friend today that Scarlett Johnansson is divorcing Ryan Reynolds and the first thing that came to my mind was "Reynold v. Hicks...social host or commercial vendor?"

I think it's safe to say law school has ruined me forever.
