If there is a class to learn in one day it is torts.JCougar wrote:For the first time this semester, I feel totally unprepared for an exam. I've got about 32 hours before Torts. There's not too much subject material to memorize, but applying it to facts, the issues don't seem to jump out at me like the other classes.
I've got to figure out a different strategy...and I need more practice tests with model answers. I've got all day tomorrow to see if it clicks.
That's good to know...I knew there was a reason I was blowing it off to focus on my other classes.Desert Fox wrote:If there is a class to learn in one day it is torts.JCougar wrote:For the first time this semester, I feel totally unprepared for an exam. ...or people are legitimately using them somewhere?Gamecubesupreme wrote:I love how all the study guides and supplements (such as Emmanuel, E&E, Crunchtime, etc) at my library will conveniently go "missing" whenever the final exam of that subject is about to occur.
It's almost like a gunner (or a group of them) borrow them out en masse or something.
The funniest thing is that the Gilbert guides will always be untouched, XD.
Not likely, considering the library is 90% empty and the people who are here are mainly 2L or 3L.dailygrind wrote:...or people are legitimately using them somewhere?Gamecubesupreme wrote:I love how all the study guides and supplements (such as Emmanuel, E&E, Crunchtime, etc) at my library will conveniently go "missing" whenever the final exam of that subject is about to occur.

Or maybe most people don't study at the library and check out the supps to use them b/c they are too cheap to buy them? I don't think it's particularly gunner-ish.Gamecubesupreme wrote:Not likely, considering the library is 90% empty and the people who are here are mainly 2L or 3L.dailygrind wrote:...or people are legitimately using them somewhere?Gamecubesupreme wrote:I love how all the study guides and supplements (such as Emmanuel, E&E, Crunchtime, etc) at my library will conveniently go "missing" whenever the final exam of that subject is about to occur.

maybe the gunners are hiding them? Any real gunner would already have the supplements, thus not needing library copies for personal use.Gamecubesupreme wrote:I love how all the study guides and supplements (such as Emmanuel, E&E, Crunchtime, etc) at my library will conveniently go "missing" whenever the final exam of that subject is about to occur.

That...was sort of the joke. I thought it was obvious the way I phrased it.gwuorbust wrote:maybe the gunners are hiding them? Yeah, I was wondering how so many people missed it.Gamecubesupreme wrote:
