For the first time this semester, I feel totally unprepared for an exam. I've got about 32 hours before Torts. There's not too much subject material to memorize, but applying it to facts, the issues don't seem to jump out at me like the other classes.

I've got to figure out a different strategy...and I need more practice tests with model answers. I've got all day tomorrow to see if it clicks.

If there is a class to learn in one day it is torts.

That's good to know...I knew there was a reason I was blowing it off to focus on my other classes.

But I better log off TLS and get crackin'.

We're living parallel lives. I have until 8am Thursday to figure out what the fudge is going on in Torts. FML

I'll get that A if it freaking kills me. That class is worth more credit hours than any of the ones I had this semester.

I love how all the study guides and supplements (such as Emmanuel, E&E, Crunchtime, etc) at my library will conveniently go "missing" whenever the final exam of that subject is about to occur.

It's almost like a gunner (or a group of them) borrow them out en masse or something.

The funniest thing is that the Gilbert guides will always be untouched, XD.

...or people are legitimately using them somewhere?

I hate feeling like I did decently well right after an exam, and then, as a few days go by I slowly start to worry about it and feel less and less sure about how I did. I had multiple choice on my Crim. exam and know for sure I got at least one wrong. A few more fuck-ups could totally destroy that part of the exam for me. My only hope is at least half my class missed the same amount I did, haha. God, I am exhausted. Just throwing that out there.

Also, Torts on Friday. I feel sort of like JCougar. I think I may just jump out of a window.

No jumping, torts suck but we are all smart enough to get this far, torts really is the least of our worries, you can rock this.

Not likely, considering the library is 90% empty and the people who are here are mainly 2L or 3L.

Or maybe most people don't study at the library and check out the supps to use them b/c they are too cheap to buy them? I don't think it's particularly gunner-ish.

Also, as the stars burn, I feel you. I was having CivPro nightmares last night.

You can't check out supps at my library.

maybe the gunners are hiding them? Any real gunner would already have the supplements, thus not needing library copies for personal use.

Isn't there a website where you can block yourself from other websites (i.e. TLS?) I'm going to find it and block myself until 8

Edit: Time for a study binge. Until tonight, TLS, you addicting distraction, you.
