Just use LeechBlock.

I used to use Rescuetime.com which was great but it stopped blocking me from sites for some reason. It says I am blocked but I can still go on them.

Or just, you know, turn off your computer. Or better yet, exercise a little more willpower than a 7-year-old girl.

You can also use Parental Controls in Windows to block specific websites. This way you don't have to install any new software on your computer. The idea of using parental controls on yourself is kind of funny to me though.

He basically puts a small fact pattern and says make the most persuasive argument that supports the proposition. Some of the questions are one sentence. It is ok, because you can tell what he wants, but manipulating the doctrine to get some of the outcomes is very hard to do. Plus the curve if everyone gets it will be brutal. We can also use the internet and anything we have.

I'd argue not voluntary enough.

If found to be voluntary I'd argue implied secondary reasonable assumption of risk if the test is negligently constructed and you studied enough.

I'm so weak and pathetic. I went from blocking TLS/FB for 8 hours, to allowing myself 30 minutes every four 4 hours. *sigh* Bottom quartile for me, eh?

Just did a civ pro practice exam question. The question revolved around whether or not the court would have general jurisdiction over the corporation (I hope). Couldn't have been specific jurisdiction because the suit did not arise out of the contacts with the forum state.

I didn't have much to say.

specific jurisdiction: suit arising in relation to actions within state (i.e. company sells products that are defective, π sues as a result of injuries from defect)

general jurisdiction: suit does not arise in relation to actions within state (i.e. company sells products in state, π sues for some anti-trust violation or something and argues that ∆ should expect suit in state based on sales of products)
