all your finals are within a one wk period?

I have 5 days between crim and civ pro, and then 6 days between civ pro and torts. I think my favorite thing about my school is how 1L-friendly they are

As I sit here and about on the verge of wrapping up my final outline (being my contracts outline)... Hm. I wouldn't even say I'm having anxiety or anything. I dunno, I feel like I can be prepared well enough for my finals (I've gotten past the point of trying to master each and every single nuance of the law that only really served in misleading me from the big picture and the simple stuff). Hell, I worked my ass off during the year (keeping up with all of the readings closely, making sure to do hypos every now and then, etc), but I guess my main concern is that I can't really tell when "enough-is-enough," you know what I mean?

Personally, I wish I had it in me to just sit there and study this stuff for 14 hours a day (my first exam is Property this Thursday on the 9th and it was the first outline I finished when I started on Thanksgiving break), but I can barely muster 8-9 hours even now. Not too much of a deviation from the 9/10 hours spent almost each and every day in-class or studying these past three months. I mean, what does it mean to "not understand the material" this late in the game or what does it mean to "slack off?" Just not paying attention or not doing practice tests and/or hypos every step of the way to this point?

Eh, screw this philosoraptor stuff. Going back to outlining for contracts (which, unlike the excruciating pain that was outlining for property, outlining for Torts and Contracts has been rather fun, especially since some very minor nuts and bolts here and there just made almost everything fall into place).

Edit: Exam schedule, see Romo's post.

Love and luck!

I am SOOO looking forward to doing this next year. If I could do it now, I would take my property and torts exams ASAP, and leave like a week and a half to study for Ks.

First exam is tomorrow at 1. Crim. Feel like I've done as much as I can at this point. Now watching the Steelers game, and tomorrow at 10 I'll watch the 9th Circuit Prop 8 Arguments.

Let's do this thing.

Yep. Why would you need it for Federal? Although, you can't get the case into a Federal Court if there isn't personal jurisdiction, so to answer your question....kind of, but not directly.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
