I like the choice of memes to be equally as taxing as the choice of seat. Preferably, an entire song should be dedicated to it.stratocophic wrote:Y u not so excited bro?

Could be worse. I have a Legal Research final in 3 hours. You heard me correctly, a graded final in legal research. This is in addition to standard memos and briefs. WTF, WUSTL. And this is why TLS is the best use of my time before a final that counts 1/2 a credit hour.beach_terror wrote:It works better for Howard. HUSL'INnooyyllib wrote:FUCK U BEACH FOR POSTING WHAT I WAS GONNA POST ASSHOLE

I was wondering if anyone has a set of the Law in a Flash cards for property (either real property or future interests) or contracts and is willing to sell them. PM me if you are. Also, I'd appreciate any feedback about how helpful the cards are. Thanks!

Also, if someone could help me out on a conlaw Q
United Stats v. Curtiss-Wright upheld congressional delegation of power to the president to restrict the sale of arms if it would contribute to peace in Bolivia. I'm a little confused as to whether the opinion upholds the delegation or if the delegation is wholly unnecessary because the President is supreme. I'm 99% sure it stands for the delegation being unnecessary, but I want to check.
Edit: derp "a power which does not require as a basis for its exercise an act of Congress."
lol way to fail to be comprehensive Chemerinsky.
