If there was an answer to this question, 100% of 1Ls would finish top-10%. Just read, outline, use supplements when necessary, take practice tests, and hope for the best.

Exactly. Even if there was a "right" way to study, there would still be a forced curve. The better everyone studies, the more arbitrary the grading gets as tiny little differences get distorted to fit the curve. And trust me, plenty of your classmates are also looking for the "right" way.

Good thing you didn't come to Wake then (as long as you had Walker for Civ Pro). He is closed everything, not even FRCP. He makes us stand to recite cases. He is a full on Socratic professor.

We've got closed-book Property.

Don't have one full-on Socratic prof.
