C & F Hearings

Does anyone have any insight into what happens at a C & F hearing

Although I can't give legal advice about your situation, I imagine this would vary widely by state. Some states are notoriously strict, while others are notoriously lax. At my school, the Dean strongly advised a meeting with him if you had anything in your history that might cause a C&F problem.
