It may not be the best suit for an interview, but you can definitely wear it on the job. I don't think there's anything wrong with it.
gdane
You might even be able to get away with it in an interview, I dunno. It is pretty subtle.
And, are you sure it's gonna fit? Maybe it's just me but it looks "meh" on the guy who's modeling it.
Yeah I tried it on with shirt, tie, etc. Fit's very well, and yeah the guy modeling on the site looks like shit. I actually didn't believe it was the same suit it looks so bad on him. Nonetheless, I'll still have it tailored to make sure it's perfect.
edit: just read in guerrilla tactics that conservative pinstripes are fine. confidence restored.

Meanwhile I went to a networking event the other night and maybe only 10% of the women there were wearing suits. I wanted to do a mass "What Not To Wear"/Ann Taylor shopping trip.

I think you're fine. Those pinstripes are barely visible. I would have gotten solid color, but that one's not bad enough to justify going out and getting another one.
I've been to 6 1L receptions in the last 30 days, and I was probably more formally dressed than most of the partners at any of them. Half of the partners don't even wear ties to those receptions, and even most that do have a sport coat/slacks non-matching combo. I know rules are different for interviews, but I highly doubt people are as anal as they are portrayed on TLS. No one I talked to struck me as the kind of person that would turn someone down for wearing mini-pinstripes to an interview.

Here's mine...no pinstripes, but a herringbone stitch. I didn't pay full price for it though. Got it on sale plus a coupon. Alterations were less than $20...I don't know how Men's Wearhouse gets away with charging $150.

Just talked to my LRW teacher about job stuff. He straight up said the bottom half of my class is fucked, I admire the honesty. Half the people at this place will tell you that networking can get you where you want to be, but at least one professor can give it straight up.
Time to grind; top 15% or die.

I can't imagine being $150k in debt and belowmedianpwned there (hell, the prospect of median at my school has given me night terrors).
Here's hoping you can pull it off a-ok.

I have no direction this semester. I dont know if its just the beginning of the semester or what, but I feel like I have no idea how to study for these classes--I am trying to remember if I felt this lost early last semester, but for some reason I feel like I should have it down by now.
We are 3 weeks into school and I am lost
have already gone to class more than once without having finished the reading. I dont know whats wrong with my motivation. boo.

Yeah, I am also lacking in the motivation department. I've slacked off with my reading the last couple days, and it is hard to sit down and read it now knowing that it is almost pointless. Last semester I read pretty actively because I was worried if I didn't then I might miss something. Now it's like I still feel like I should be doing the reading, but in the back of my head I know there is not much to get out of it.

Jesus, my brief is due the last week in February and I thought that was really soon. I also need to slam the shit out of LRW, I got an A- first semester because I was an assfuck and forgot to talk about substantial step for aggravated assault. Entirely.

I've got a settlement letter due tomorrow. Not as bad as a brief, and it's pass/fail, but that doesn't mean it isn't a pain in the ass, especially when I have jobs to apply to.

Brief outline due tomorrow. Haven't really done anything other than print out 10-12 cases. WTF is sentence entrapment?
