Anyone dealt with Case and Controversy/filebinders?

Post by GoodToBeTheKing » Fri Aug 13, 2010 10:26 am

Instead of a regular casebook, my contracts prof. assigned Case and Controversy/filebinders.

Anyone ever dealt with this? Your thoughts?

He is also giving us 5 midterms. 3 are "filebinders," with weights of 10, 15, and 25% respectively, and then 2 multiple choice tests that resemble the multi state bar exam for contracts. Our final is a third multi state bar exam, with all 3 being worth 50% of our grade.

Anyone have any thoughts on this system of testing? You know, versus the one final worth 100% method.

I just saw the title and thought it might be helpful because my contracts class is the same format. Then I saw we're going to the same school so its probably the same section. Small world, haha.
