I've been very pleased with my Samsung ML-2525W (black and white laser).

If only my school offered that, I'd be on it. Westlaw/Lexis printing is free, but the per page cost of using the school printers is actually more expensive than what it costs me on a decent laserjet.

Which reminds me - nothing is free. "Free" printing is bought and paid for using our tuition money, we just don't see the upfront costs.

True. My school charges $44k, so it definitely isn't free.

Most biglaw firms ask if you have a lazer at home during OCI interviews. If you say you have an inkjet its auto ding and doc review.
