Top Law Schools

So with the semester about to start, just wanted some input on this. When outlining do you usually read your casebook then your supp and include both in your outline, or do you read the casebook, listen to what your prof says and include that in outline, then only use the supp if you are unsure about a topic. Also I was thinking of outlining daily, but some suggest outline only when you finish a topic. Any suggestions?

Just fuck around with it until you figure out what works for you. It's not like you won't have time to fix your notes if you're not satisfied.

No offense to you personally but most of these panicky 0L posts are pretty ridiculous. Law school is not rocket science and there's no perfect method for doing things like taking notes. If something isn't clear to you or you're worried you won't remember it in a week, take notes on it. If it's so obvious you couldn't possibly forget it, then don't take notes. Done.
