Does anyone know of any good supplements for admin law? The casebook is Administrative Law And Regulatory Policy: Problems, Text And Cases by Stephen G. Breyer, Richard B. Stewart, Cass R. Sunstein, and Matthew L. Spitzer.

I really enjoyed Principles of Administrative Law by Keith M. Werhan. The problem with Admin cases is that the opinions are often written such a way that it can be hard to extract the rule(s). It's very similar to Con Law in that respect. Also, a lot of cases are from the D.C. Circuit since the Supremes never granted cert. This book is what a supplement should be: it's short, concise, and heavily rule based. It doesn't re-write your casebook and won't leave you more confused. Have fun, and lookout for Marshall's opinion in Overton Park. My head still hurts. In all seriousness, though, I think Admin Law should be a required course. Agencies are such a fundamental part of the legal system that every law student should have at least a cursory understanding of how the administrative process works.
