Law in a flash cards

there are two authors one is emmanuel and then there is some other guys from aspen. Is there a difference btw these two people?

While I don't use the flashcards personally, Emmanuel typically does the hornbooks and aspen the casebooks.. not sure if that sheds any light but for supplements Emmanuel is more known for that I think

does anyone kno if the year of the cards matter? does the material in the cards change?
