I had the king of products liability for torts. PM me an email and I'll dig up some outlines.

Grab Understanding Torts at your law library if they have a copy in stock.

I know this is no great insight, but you can also try running searches against the REST-TORT db (for example) in WL when curious about terms such as 'seclusion.'

Mr. Glannon is doing a lot of explaining, and not for very many topics. It's too much of a textbook right now. I was looking for something more here are elements, here is a case or two in support, this is what courts have determined "seclusion" to be, etc...

While it had its limits, I found that Crunchtime was good for the bare bones / elements without the extra BS.

II. PRODUCTS LIABILITY - EXPRESS WARRANTY

III. PRODUCTS LIABILITY - MISREPRESENTATION

IV. PRODUCTS LIABILITY - INTENT THEORY (BATTERY)

V. PRODUCTS LIABILITY - STRICT LIABILITY

Wait. No negligence? In torts? We spent 2 1/2 months on negligence alone!

Law School Confidential says a tort is an act or omission perpetrated by one individual against another for which a civil remedy is available!

Well if you believe that, the system is surely just going to collapse. Perhaps you should consider a critical debate, opening your mind to alternatives. (very poor bernie spoof)

if you wanted to bernie spoff you should have written about 10 times as much bullshit

Have you looked at this? It uses a checklist format:

Acing Tort Law (Acing Law School) [Paperback]
# Paperback: 237 pages
# Publisher: West; 1 edition (September 16, 2009)
# Language: English
# ISBN-10: 0314199667
# ISBN-13: 978-0314199669

This study aid features an innovative method of content organization. It uses a checklist format to lead students through questions they need to ask to fully evaluate the legal problem they are trying to solve. It also synthesizes the material in a way that most students are unable to do on their own, and assembles the different issues, presenting a clear guide to procedural analysis that students can draw upon when writing their exams. Other study aids provide sample problems, but none offer the systematic approach to problem solving found in this book.

I like using Westlaw to pull up the Table of Contents to the annotated Restatements, which will have cross-links to law journals, case law, and AmJur. The more I become comfortable with WestLaw, I wonder why I ever bought supplements.
