I think I sooked on my property final just now. However, it was freaking hard, and I doubt others did very well either, so we'll see.

The MC section was likely the hardest I've ever taken in my life, and I excell on MC tests (except for the LSAT). I mean, often times it came down to two answers and brought in things we never studies or that were in small notes at the end of chapters and hinged on like the word "a" or "all" and then the two answers were completely different depending on your interpretation of "a" or "all." Sad thing is that it wasn't like the LSAT "all" kind of inclusive or not analysis, it came down to whether or not you thought that the professor meant to put that word or not. Hard to choose in that case, just have to go with the assumption that he/she meant to put a subtle word in there that changes everything, even in a 1 paragraph hypo. Harder than crap.

Misread a Discovery question on Civ Pro exam. Apparently when your'e speed reading on a racehorse examine, a question about RFA's can easily be treated as a question on ROGS.... FML  I am officially screwed with 2 finals to go

One issue won't kill your grade. Go study for your next exam.

The goal of finals is not to not mess up. It's just to mess up less than your classmates. If you managed that much, you've won.

I know that but I still messed up!!! and i feel bad when i put effort and do poorly.

OMG! you did better than everyone...except K.H.....lol...jk

Our property professor didn't care about the difference. Easements weren't even on the exam, LOL.

fyi:

all you guys who did well last semester and are fearful you did terrible this semester?

you probably did. you all got over-confident and slacked off or you focused on the worng things. your feelings of impending doom and/or inevitable failure are very much real. your belief that you bombed exams and your anxiety over identified missed issues or poor application of law, while EXACTLY THE SAME as the feelings you had first semester, are actually real now.

you should fear not only fear itself but also bad grades, striking out at OCI, bombing your GPA, losing your class rank and living forever in a life of squalor, poverty and indebtedness while whoring yourself out on the streets to make the minimum payments necessary for your loans. you will lose your family if you already have one and won't ever get one if you don't because you will be tattooed with "did great first semester; did horrible second" right on your forehead and no one, not your children, wife or parents, will ever be able to look you in the eyes again. everyone will know what failures you are. you may as well give up now.

abandon all hope ye who submit exams.

I know she probably did better than I did. And I know a lot of people did better than I did. I'm not expecting more than a C+-B-.... This semester's finals are killing me.

Lucky you! Well, we won't have any RAP, and minimal future estates, or so I hear, so we have to be tested on something. I'm mainly afraid that I'll disappoint the people I care about...

Our property final didn't have future interests, tenancies, RAP, Shelley, Merger, Equitable servitudes, adverse posession or covenants. ! lol.... I need to retake property if I want to pass that section of the BAR.

We were only tested on the covenant of quite enjoyment, the warranty of habitability, deeds, mortgages and concurrent estates.

If someone would be disappointed in you over a grade, given how much you've worked, then they aren't really worth caring about.

I have to keep going... This is just like getting into Fordham was. There isn't another option.
