This will vary widely by professor, but for Evidence there is really nothing better than old mock trial cases/affidavits (whether they are from middle school, high school, college or law school). Pull out an affidavit, deposition, or exhibit and go at it, identifying "any/all objections."

Googling "mock trial case" will lead to tons of options.
