Does applying part-time increase your chances of admittance to getting in to law school?
If so, how much?

Hope this isn't a dumb question..

No question is dumb :-). Many schools historically had lower LSAT/GPA #s for PT admissions, although some are tightening standards since the inclusion of PT student statistics in the U.S. News and World Report rankings. So it really depends on the school, most are somewhat more lenient to PT students.

But remember, if you're not working simultaneously, it will look like you're a slacker come interview-time. Keep that in mind.

I think that is the biggest factor to take into account. PT only is you have some stellar job that you don't want to give up.
Some of the people in our PT program are very smart, but they often get passed over by firms and judges. Probably better results for PT at higher ranked schools, but ITE, I wouldn't be able to justify going to lawl school PT -- or even full time if there is not a scholarship.
