Haha, here's how the brief timeline goes.kurla88 wrote:But there's that award just at the end of this here rainbow!underachiever wrote:I got 16 pages, with 3 arguments and my arguments summary still not done..........ya, this aint fun

Brief Assigned (4 weeks until Judgment Day): "Wow, i've got a whole month to do this! I am going to write the best brief ever! The real SCOTUS would be in awe. That award that only 2 people get is as good as mine."
Research Due (2 weeks until Judgment Day): "Wow, I barely started my research, but I have two weeks, so i'm good. I've always been a really good writer, so there's no way I won't get that award."
Outline Due (1 week until Judgment Day): "I can't believe my outline only ended up being 2 pages. Must be because I had to go back and find more cases. Apparently 4 overturned cases from the middle ages weren't enough to support my argument. I still have a lot of researching to do, and my outline will never be looked at again. I can probably still pull this off and maybe get one of those 'coveted' awards."
Today (2 days until Judgment Day): "I barely have anything written. It will be a near miracle if I finish this assignment on time to a degree where it won't look like I literally threw this Golem of a paper together in a few hours...even though that's what will probably happen. Award? F the award! I need to get this shit done and out of my life!"
