Federal Docket

Postby bluebookboy » Sun Feb 28, 2010 11:12 pm

hola fellow law students,

prayers and well wishes to all those affected by the recent earthquakes.

so i'm writing an article and am having a lot of trouble finding pleadings and court documents on the teenage somali pirate. i did some internet research and came across the actual indictment and complaint filed in the federal court in manhattan, but when i go search the federal docket on justia, i can't find any pleadings relating to the case.

i need to know the status of the case, but right now am feeling helpess. i tried westlaw and lexis as well, but i can't find anything!

can anyone that knows the federal docket system help or provide some guidance? the pleadings i have come across (from wiki) state that they were filed on april 21, 2009, and may 19, 2009. they list his name as "abduwali adbukhadir muse."

any help would be appreciated!
