Learning Legal Reasoning

Post by TTH » Fri Feb 05, 2010 10:08 am

I looked through the supplement links on the 0L questions thread and didn't see anything for Delaney's Learning Legal Reasoning. If I missed one, I apologize and I consent to being castigated to such extent as you see fit.

that being said, did any of you read it? Was it helpful? If I'm embarking on a gunnerish 0L prep, is there any value in reading it or will I not understand enough of it until I'm actually in law school? Thanks guys.

If you're going to read anything during 0L, then sticking to legal reasoning books would be the best option. If you search for Delaney then you should find some threads. Delaney and other reasoning books were discussed very recently in a thread.
