Ya, I think we are all crossing our fingers for a blanket or something similar. Who knows though, we will find out soon. On another note, looks like we may be losing Exeter, he got off the WL to W&M. TBD though.

i just bought a bunch of LS related books... is anyone going to do LEEWS over the summer?

I am doing GTM

I am not buying any more prep stuff...I got GTM and LSC. I've heard mixed things about LEEWS and think I could save that $145 for supplements for class.

I got GTM and I brought understanding Criminal Law by Dressler and its awesome. It so simple to read

I am still working my way through the e&es. I think I will read gtm in august. Moving is hard.

Way behind here, can someone give me a rundown on these books? I.E. publisher, year, etc?

All examples and explanations for first year courses and gtm. Boom. Sorry, on phone too much to type.

GTM= Getting to Maybe by Richard Michael Fischl and Jeremy Paul
LSC= Law School Confidential by Robert H. Miller
E&E= Examples and Explanations (these cover substantive material and there is one for each 1L class)

Thanks NC. I'll probably read GTM and LSC. Don't see myself reading any E&Es until the school year starts and the classes have begun.

I'm definitely doing GTM, maybe a couple others. I've been in school from last August to last week (did winter session), and I really need the summer break so I don't burn out before I even get to WFU...

I love how split we are. Half are fresh from ug, and half have been out for awhile.

I get more excited (and freaked out) by the day

Some days I feel really mellow about it and other days I freak out. I can't handle this much longer.

I've been out of UG for eleven years...wondering if I'm going to be the oldest in the class? Heh. Anyways, I hope a lot of you will be at HH. I've got housing worked out, so I'm coming to meet people and consume beverages.

Are any of ya'll going to be there the night before HH? If so, want to get together and partake? I'm thinking about making the drive the day before and showing my wife around campus before the game.

You probably won't be. We have people in their 40's, so I doubt it. And, even if you are, that shouldn't be a problem. I'm 30 and I hang out with people of all ages in our class.

Finally got housing straightened out. Girlfriend and I are signing a lease for a different townhouse in Deacon Ridge on Wednesday!

I think House Hunt will now just be Beer Hunt for me
