Joining.

Funny how things change. A day or so ago, I was pretty sure I would be attending W&L. Then my Boulder acceptance arrived.

I'm stoked. I love running - they have an elite running club up there that I plan to join, I love skiing, and I will definitely keep the tradition of beer on Thursdays. Even though I hate beer. I love drinking though...

Are you both definites at CU?? (I know you probably are, OldHippie, right?).

I'm PRETTY sure. It feels right. Want to hear about $, though. What ASWs are you going to?

I'm not a definite, per say, but it feels right for me too. There were all these signs before I got my admittance like all my friends saying how much they loved Boulder when visiting and my chiropractor telling me that if I got in, I should go.

Also liking how easy it is to get in state tuition after the first year. But yes, I do want ot hear about money first as well. I will be going to the March ASW.

Checking in here! CU is a definite pending scholarship money (if I get in of course) and pending my gf's acceptance to CSU! I'll hopefully be back with some good information later this week.

The other thread. But also my letter of acceptance said they would be starting in late January. So next week makes sense. And I am happy they are doing it earlier than last year.

Only those who receive offers will receive letters.

I am down for whatever the majority is down for. And re: Friday night drinks, I'm mostly a dive bar type drinker, but I will go where the party is! =D

In CO? I will remain skeptical until this is proven!

I am curious if the margaritas will be able to beat the margaritas I get right by my house currently..

Yeah, same here.

One of the costs of CO will definitely be moving away from killer cheap Mexican food.

Yes!!!! I lived in boston for a year and not having any good cheap mexican food around was a terrible experience that I vowed I would never suffer through again!

Haha, yeah.

Btw, I saw you were going to the diversity dinner. I was thinking about going too, but I'm not like, visibly "diverse." I'm Cherokee, but I'm on the lighter side, and I was worried about having to constantly re-explain things. Do you think that would be a big deal? =/
