I might also be roommate-hunting, but I want to take a look at those suspiciously-low-priced studios at the Blackstone first.
YES!!! Let's Fill the building with Law Students. We can then change the name to Strahilevitz Studios...
I'm gonna put my vote in for the Thomas Marks Mansion.

Really? It's actually just how it looks, though you have to say it kind of fluidly so it doesn't sound like you're trying to break it down. Stra-hil-lev-itz, though it shouldn't sound like you're spacing all those out. All together now...

Edit: Re-reading, that was probably incredibly unhelpful. Hard to explain on the interwebs.

Somehow, I always want to pronounce it Struh-HEEL-ev-vitz or, worse, Struh-heel-LEV-vitz

Can someone please describe the neighborhood around Regents? I know it's supposed to be self-sufficient, but are there restaurants, bars, stores, etc nearby?

Does anyone have any anecdotal data on how long it takes in between mailing a deposit check and having the status checker update?

You'll fit in well here. 8)
Someone at the ASW said he hadn't watched AD. I told him he better do so, it's one of the prematriculation prerequisites.

Ha, I think some of us are coming off the high of ASW and stressing out about the final strings associated with depositing and finalizing. God knows I am. But it makes for less posts in such a generally happy thread.
