It's not like I live in an extremely busy neighborhood, but it's still Chicago. The windows are all grown over with ivy, and it's just this little hidden away space. I can't really describe it, the hum of the machines, the classical music, the complete absence of any conversation... it's like walking into a cathedral.
Plus because the machines are so good, I'm in and out in 90 minutes.
But yeah, I'll probably do wash and fold or w/e in NYC.
That sounds ridiculously nice, to the point that I would like to join you and I HATE doing laundry with fiery passion.
Been meaning to say this for quite a while, and im sure others have said it, but LOVE your name and avatar. Jeeves and Wooster = awesomeness!! Mission for summer before LS --- rewatch the whole series of that and Blackadder
Awww thanks! I just re-read "Aunts Aren't Gentlemen" on a plane and completely freaked out the guy in the next seat with my random guffawing at the wit and wonder of Wodehouse. If you haven't read the books I totally suggest you do!
