Summer starters, are you looking for a summer apartment?

I have a large, clean, and quiet 1 bedroom apartment less than 5 minutes' walk from the law school, and conveniently located just 1 block from State St. and the Union (i.e., not in fraternity row but very central access to everything you'll need/want this summer).

Comes fully furnished (including stocked kitchen and bathroom). I'm asking $600/month, which includes wireless internet access and utilities (elec/water/AC), but price is negotiable.

If you need parking, there is on-premises parking available for an additional fee. The apartment is available from May 1 - August 31, and move in/move out time is negotiable for any time within that window.

Available: May 25-Jul 31 (possible that you'd be able to pick up our lease for next year beginning Aug 1)
Loc.: 1910 Woodbury Dr., Ann Arbor, MI (Woodbury Gardens apartments)
Desc.: 2 BR unfurnished apartment, 960 sq. ft. Our apt is on the third floor, about a mile from law school (I walk every day), 5 minute walk from Kroger (grocery chain), right on the #6 busline that takes you to the door of Hutchins Hall. Great location, lots of privacy. Our apt overlooks a big lawn area and doesn't directly face any other apartments. AC/dishwasher/clothes washer-dryer/garbage disposal. Lots of closets; larger BR has walk-in closet. Definitely consider trying to pick up our lease if you're coming in with a spouse or SO. At least three of the other apts in this building are leased by law students. Pets are fine. Free parking.
Price: $990/mo, including utilities (gas, electric, water, garbage, internet).
