I'm going to hit up three schools this weekend. I'm taking a whirlwind trip to DC and Philly (all for under $500 for two people).
Itinerary?
-Fly to DC (Baltimore airport = cheap) early Friday morning.
-Visit GULC and George Washington.
-Drink delicious craft beer and stay with a friend.
-Megabus to Philly earrrlllly Saturday morning; visit Penn.
-Megabus back on Sat. night.
-Fly back to the D on Sun. morning.
Anyone else planning visits?

Grats to the deferrals who already know.
Hopefully I'll know in a few months where I'm headed. As a reapplicant this whole thing has been a whirlwind.

I honestly do not know if I'd be able to go through a second cycle. Good luck this time aroundbk187 wrote:Grats to the deferrals who already know.

Re: TLS Class of 2014
lol well my first one was rushed and full of stupid mistakes so I'm doing it all over. If I had found TLS before I applied and had the knowledge I do now I would not have even bothered going through with last cycle where I submitted my apps at the end of January and had only taken the LSAT once.thecilent wrote:I honestly do not know if I'd be able to go through a second cycle. Hehe, it's not a long process when you do all your scrambling in January. Which is a good way to not get into good schools.thecilent wrote:Ah okay then that's not as bad as all. I guess I've been waiting for this for a while now, so it just seems like suchh a long process haha

Something tells me this isn't going to anywhere near as enjoyable as applying to UG

Anyone else want to just fast forward to a year from now when the process is over?

I feel much more prepared for this one. When I was in HS, I thought the SAT was a prereq to graduate. I didn't know it had anything to do with college. 1360 so it all worked out anyway.ZachOda wrote:Something tells me this isn't going to anywhere near as enjoyable as applying to UG

Re: TLS Class of 2014
This is exactly why I'm anxious (even before I've submitted any apps!). Anyone have any idea how common it is to get a call as opposed to snail mail or email? I have limited access to my phone during the day, hopefully they will leave a specific voicemail rather than leaving me to wonder.acrossthelake wrote:I had the luxury of knowing that all of my results for UG would come out on the exact same day. Now it's rolling and I'll be a little anxious every time I check my e-mail or get a phone call from someone I don't know from a weird area code (which is often since my classmates are from all across the country) for around 4 months.ZachOda wrote:Something tells me this isn't going to anywhere near as enjoyable as applying to UG
