T1 transfer to Berk with a 3.85

Post by connordalto » Wed Apr 04, 2018 12:27 pm

At a school in a mid-size market in the top 30, GPA 3.86, with solid undergrad GPA and a 168 on the LSAT. Looking at T14 transfers, especially berk. Thoughts???

That LSAT and undergraduate GPA probably don't really factor in for Berk (I've read that Harvard may consider that info). But, if that GPA holds for spring then, from a T30, you have a very solid shot. Just write a good personal statement (maybe try to show ties), get a few good letters, and turn in the app early.

Look at teh 509 and you will see the 25/50/75 GPAs of transfers.

Also, be aware that you may be giving up big $$$ from your current school.

Ppl keep saying Harvard considers GPA and LSAT, but i've yet to see proof of that. Even Spivey says it's not the case. Why do ppl keep pushing that?
