Need more info but I imagine COA at Michigan, all the rest being arguably even, would be lower.

Law School Transparency might be a helpful website. Northwestern places very well in Chicago biglaw. Whether or not one is more attractive than the other would depend upon COA, career goals & geographic area targeted. The obvious difference is that one is very upscale urban location versus semi-rural large state university campus setting.
