YH- CCN Transfer stigma?

Postby Anonymous User » Wed Jun 03, 2015 8:32 pm

So is it real?
I'm not too concerned with employers. I think most employers recruiting at this level would rather have these law schools listed on their associate's resumes than squabble over why they transferred. But hey, I could be wrong.

Main concern, is there transfer stigma in the law school community?

Feel free to address either, employment or community.

Ginsburg transferred from HLS to CLS. She got stuck with life job on SCOTTTUS, which pays below market.

I assume that goobs that CCN -> YH experience stigma, but not because they're transfers.

Why? If someone's SO takes a job in Boston, you would stigmatize someone who went from CCN to H? But not from other schools?
