Is it OK if the letter of good standing arrives at my target school before my application has been submitted?

how about sending a letter of good standing w/ class rank but rank is from fall semester & school takes 3-4 weeks to rank students after spring grades come out? I sent mine w/ just fall rank and wondering if it will make my application incomplete until it reflects the spring semester

Why the hell does it take them so long? We had ranks within 3 days of final grades coming out.

I have no idea. My school told us 4-6 weeks. Which is nuts. Pay me a per hour wage and I'll put it all in Excel and have everyone's rank within a week.
