A forum for those current students who are or may be transferring from one school to another. Post any questions, advice, or other transfer related comments here.

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone knows where to read sample transfer personal statements. Have only really found ones for 0Ls. Thanks!

Just say why you want to transfer, and that is it. My PS for transferring was one-and-a-half-page double spaced.

Agree w/ Nebby. Mine was very vanilla and only 3/4 a page. Don't mention your public intox citation/come across weird. Just make it basic unless you're a really special snowflake.

depends on the school and your grades. if you're top 1%, you can send in a blank piece of paper and get in. if you're on the fringe, PS makes everything if you have a real reason (aside from school rank) for going to that school.
