Are C&F issues a non-starter at HYS?
Abstracting from all the other transfer considerations and assuming you have the grades, is there any evidence for or against someone with C&F issues transferring to HYS?

Depends on a variety of factors -- how long ago it was, your addendum explaining what happened, the type of offense, etc. It's not a complete deal breaker but it's hard to respond without more details of the incident. Since you are posting anonymously, why don't you give more details about the incident?

If it's criminal, H by virtue of being in MA is prohibited from asking you a lot of questions you'd have to answer elsewhere.
