T3 Transfer

Hi all,
I am at a T3 school that is just out of the top 100 in the southwest. I am in the top 30% after one semester. I am interested in working in the financial sector (banking, securities, tax, estate planning; haven't narrowed it down specifically yet) and I have 9 years of work experience. I am looking for more exposure in my chosen practice area than my current school provides. What are my chances to get into a school like George Washington, William and Mary, Boston University, Fordham or Washington and Lee?
Also, regardless of where I go, I will not graduate with debt so that is not a concern.
