Haven't seen many Fordham transfer hopefuls around here, so if you're out there, check in here.

I threw an application at them for the heck of it. They've been extremely slow at getting anything done. My status hasn't changed since 6/6, even though I got everything to them well over a month ago.

Applications were just due on June 30th. I have a feeling they were waiting until the deadline to start evaluating them.

Low TTT in the general area, top 5% (top 10), GPA right around a 3.6. Booked a class. Moot court finalist. LOR from writing professor. Good summer job right now.

What do you all think my chances are? Low TTT hurts, and my GPA isn't as strong as I would like, although my rank is still high.

Admissions twitter says transfer decisions are out Thursday (as in....tomorrow). Yikes.

I applied on June 23rd, and got an admissions response saying they accepted my application on July 1st, 2014. Good Luck to the rest. I'll be starting at Fordham in the Fall as an Evening student.

TLS - just got admitted via email. Status checker changed to "Congratulations you've been admitted."

Thanks for the heads up...I still haven't gotten an email either way and my Status Check just says "Application Complete". Maybe I'm still under review?

Word from the Admission office is that they are being extremely selective now because they are making a push for an upward trend in the rankings.

You do realize that transfer admits are not factored into the rankings, right?

yea, this doesn't make much sense since transfer isnt factored into rankings.

unless they know or think that us news is going to start using these #s soon and use it retroactively
