I received an A, A-, (both 5 credit courses) and B+ (4 credit class) for first semester grades. I was a little disappointed when I saw that my rank was 26/109. ... top 23% with a 3.7? seems like a very generous curve.
Wondering what my transfer options from a school ranked mid60s would be to better school in nyc area. I know I would have to do as well or better this semester.

Fordham is possible, but IIRC, they don't let transfers do OCI. No chance at CLS or NYU. First semester rank means nothing unless applying EA/ED. Get your grades up, so you can transfer into the only two schools in NYC area worth transferring into. Or be more flexible about geographic choice.

I would be more flexible with geography.
You should be close to GW with those numbers (better than Fordham re: OCI).
