What are my chances? And assuming I stay top 10% after the spring, what are my chances at Columbia and Penn RD?

Chances at Columbia are very good I would think. Chicago ED is tough to gauge, bit of a black box. I wouldn't do ED Chi unless you badly want to work in Chicago and need to be in the area. An improvement toward top 5% should also open up H.

At a T20, how high do you have to be to make HYS a possibility?

Is 5% a pretty firm cutoff? Or even better than that?

Also for transfers, will schools typically take more than one person from the same school?

At T20, within 5% and you have a chance at H probably more like 2-3% for Y/S.

Transferring is always black box-y so its hard to tell but it seems like 5% to play is pretty standard to be in the game.

yes, schools take more than 1 person from the same school. like noah's ark they seem to come in pairs or more.

I would say no. Your stats are too good and there's really no reason to enter a 100 person transfer class. I think you'll get more bang for your transfer at where you seem to be on track to end up. GULC's placement just can't justify the move.

I do want to say, my advice changes somewhat if the T20 is UMN, because your stats will probably need to be slightly better than the other T20s.
