Another transfer likelihood thread (with poll)

Approximately 3.6 GPA at W&M and hoping for East coast BigLaw. I went to W&M for personal reasons, and initially wanted to go into Government work but quickly changed my mind. I won't know my rank for another 2 weeks, but an administrator told me my GPA should fall around 10-15%. Recommendations on where to apply and where I'll have a shot?
