Current School's Rank
Does anyone know if the school you are trying to transfer to considers your current schools ranking from when you applied or from what it is right now. My guess is they probably have their own view on each school, especially the local schools. What do you guys think?

Re: Current School's Rank
If you're asking if they follow the yearly fluctations in USNWR rankings, then the answer is almost certainly not. I would think the schools have their own internal procedures in valuing other law schools, possibly even in "tiers" (though, like I said, not specifically linked to USNWR).
