Yeah this is a crazy grind. What did Paul mean by the registration beginning at 9? For classes? I thought that was afternoon...?

I think it's registration for school.

I wish we could do this transfer orientation stuff after OCI.

FYI- I had a meeting today with OCS. My counselor told me that thus far there are 25 NYU transfers. That means 25 accepted the offer. She did say that the target pool is larger than that though. So there are still some admits out there.

But it is true that bidding ends the 7th. I feel that NYU has been pretty fair and respectful to people's deadlines so I'd be shocked if they weren't done by the 3rd or so in order to give people ample time to get their bearings and settle down before the whirlwind of what is EIW begins. [Unlike some schools READ: PETER!!!! YES YOU!!!! CLS!!!!]

I'm gonna guess ~35.

Right. Reading comp fail on my part. I'm not really sure, but based on this thread, I'd say at least a third are on TLS.

I think it's only one journal. The highest-ranked journal, according to your preferences, to which you are accepted makes you the offer.
