Just wondering if trying to transfer to the part-time program is less competitive.

I transferred to the GULC part time program from a T1. I was in the top 12% at my original school. I'm not sure if that means it's less competitive than transferring to the day program. However, I believe the admissions folks will consider your likelihood of attending if accepted when making their decision. If you're applying for the night program, chances are good that you're stuck in the DC metro area because of a job (as I was). Since a student in that situation is more likely to attend Georgetown if accepted, you may have an advantage over a jobless day student with similar academic credentials applying from California.

Yeah, I'm worried about my grades. Right now, they're not great, but I've played with G.P.A. calculators and I could still get like Top 30% if (I know, huge if) I somehow rock it this semester. Just wondering how lenient they might be. I am already in the DC area attending a T1. I don't have a job in the fall, but I have an internship lined up that I could make full-time. I'd be willing to look at GW as well. If either would have me, it'd be so great.

Wait a second. You'd have to "rock it" this semester just to make top 30%?

I would think you need top 20% to have a prayer.
