If one is wait listed at a school they are intending to transfer to, and the wait list could end on the first day of fall classes, would a person not be able to participate in OCI? Also, I have only been accepted from one school I have applied to and have heard that part of the OCI process has begun. I don't know how well I'd fare in OCI, but would like a shot at it.
I guess what I'm asking is, does the transfer process generally take place before the OCI process, or is there a good chance of being admitted too late?
