Post by SpamHate321 » Wed Jun 15, 2011 10:20 am

1L, working on Transfer Apps.

Should I list unpaid summer intern positions under Employment History section of the Common Information Form?

Advice much appreciated!

Absolutely! Its important that you dont have any gaps on your resume. Moreover, unless you have substantial previous work experience, this allows the law schools you're applying to, to see what kind of work you've been exposed to in the past (and ultimately, whether you're the kind of candidate that can/will contribute to and fit in with the respective law schools' student body).
