HYS - Top 25

Just for the sake of curiosity. I'm not going into a school that I can't see myself graduating from, but like to know what my options are at any given time. If I go to a school ranked 20-25, and end up top 10% in my first year (totally hypothetical of course) is HYS a possibility for transfer? CCN?

Putting the word "hypothetically" before asking substantively the same question prohibited by the 0L Sticky Thread does not absolve you.
