I am transferring from Albany Law School to either RUTGERS CAMDEN OR SETON HALL OR BROOKLYN LAW. If anybody has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

What's your class rank? Given these options, it might just be better to stay put depending on your class rank.

If you have Jersey residence by chance (family there might help you establish that?), go Rutgers Camden. I understand that there are pretty options from there in Philly.
